We unlocked spirulina's natural structure — and rebuilt it into texture.

Spirulina isn't just a nutrient source. It has a fibrous, protein-rich architecture that can be shaped, sliced, and cooked — without extrusion, without binders, without anything artificial. We developed two proprietary processes to unlock that potential.

Process 01 — Chlorophyll Separation

We separate the green.
Everything valuable stays.

Our proprietary decolorization process isolates chlorophyll from the spirulina mass — redirecting it as a natural food colorant or high-value ingredient stream. What remains is a protein-dense, carotenoid-rich base with a neutral profile: clean flavor, clean color, ready to take on whatever the formulation needs.

No extrusion. No 3D printing. No complex machinery. We work with spirulina's natural fibrous structure to create a high-moisture, whole-food texture — one that slices, folds, and behaves like premium animal protein on the plate. Clean-label by design, not by compromise.
